A registered architect in Milan and in London (RIBA), he has been a practising architect and interior designer since 1996. After leaving C+ to move to London, he founded his own architecture and interior design practice, Fabrizio Lepore Architect. Simultaneously he works on generating and developing luxury branded hospitality and residential projects, putting together the right team for each project. He is also co-founder and partner of Projects in Common, a group of architects and graphic designers with a shared design vision‎ and offices in London, Milan and Turin. He had been teaching for many years as a Project Leader in the Master courses at Domus Academy in Milan and lectured in Moscow, Seoul e Teheran. He also participated in the Visiting Teachers programme at the Architectural Association in London.
